New England Actuarial Seminars is your solution to studying for your Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) exams. Candidates seeking to attain membership with the CAS, CIA, and/or SOA are required to complete the VEE requirements for economics, corporate finance, mathematical statistics, and financial accounting. Some candidates receive VEE credit by completing VEE-approved university or college courses. Other candidates receive VEE credit by passing the NEAS online courses.

Spring 2022 exams will be given the week of April 25, 2022 as follows:
Spring Session 2022
Session and Registration opens on February 28
Registration closes April 8
Session ends April 22
Exams held the week of April 25
If your exam falls on a date of a holiday in your country then please notify us and we will allow you to take the exam on a different date
- Microeconomics: Monday, April 25
- Mathematical Statistics: Tuesday, April 26
- Corporate Finance: Wednesday, April 27
- Macroeconomics: Thursday, April 28
- Financial Accounting: Friday, April 29
Exam times are based on 11 a.m. Eastern. If you reside outside the continental U.S. and Canada, please begin the exam at the start of your business day.

Assigned textbook readings, homework, practice exam problems, and other information for the five VEE courses are on the discussion forum. You may study and use the course material on our forums before registering. Postings on the forums are held for approval before they are made public to avoid spam and inappropriate postings.
